On Saturday, February 9, 2019, poleeno.com brought to your notice that award winning actor Bill Asamoah had been appointed tourism ambassador and congratulated by a group in Ashanti region made of creative Arts people (Creative Art for Development)

Bill Asamoah has been in the film industry for almost two (2) decades. A founding father of the Ashanti Regional Branch of the Ghana Actors Guild, he rose through the ranks as an executive member, to interim chairman and now the substantive chairman of the Actors’ Guild of Ashanti.
The newly appointed ambassador deemed it necessary and customary to visit his younger brother, Nana Kumanin IV at his palace and lavish his utmost gratitude towards the King’s support he’s given to him in all his doings.
Adding to the above, Actors Guild chairman Ashanti region, also confronted his brother Nana Kumanin IV with a humble request for his advice as well as the blessings and protection of the stool as he takes up such responsibility.
Accompanied by the degree in Public Relations holder, Bill Asamoah on this important visit were Berma bediide, Martha Joyce Arthur, Cobby Jampar, David E.A Pinkrah, Armstrong Poleeno Addae and many other popular figures in the movie industry.
This is how Nana Kumanin IV advised his brother Bill Asamoah
“You know there are many equally prominent people as you are in the country, but you were given this appointment. You should know it’s by the Grace of the almighty God that you were chosen amongst many others. So never forget your God”, he said.
Nana Kumanin IV proceeded by cautioning Ambassador Bill Asamoah not to forget that the gods of the stool also played a role in his attainment of his position.
“Remember that your great grand fathers of the stool have also seen you through” Nana Kumanin IV added.
Nominee for best supporting role at ZAFAA Global Awards 2018 in UK, Bill Asamoah then thanked his brother for the advise and urged everyone that he will take into account every piece of advise his Nana Kumanin IV has given to him.
