Kumawood actor Agya Koo has spoken about the legacy he believes he helped build alongside prominent figures such as Wayoosi, Nana Ama McBrown and Mercy Asiedu.
In an interview with Paxword on Poleeno Multimedia, Agya Koo also shared advice for actors and filmmakers who are currently producing movies for YouTube.
According to Agya Koo, filmmakers should take their time and concentrate on producing quality movies rather than making YouTube revenue their primary motivation. He encouraged actors and producers to think about the long-term development of the Ghanaian movie industry.
Agya Koo’s message is centred on the importance of proper production, storytelling and creating films that can stand the test of time. He believes the income generated from YouTube can be beneficial, but the bigger objective should be to create quality productions and build a lasting legacy.
