The maiden edition of Kumawood TV’s Awosuo started some months ago. The contest started with 64 contestants with 6 lucky ones making it to the grande finale.
The lucky six were Adwoa, Yaa, Ebony, Rose and Irene. On the 6th of March 2020 right after the Independence Day celebration at the Baba Yara Sports stadium, the masses trooped to the Kumasi City Mall to witness the grand finale of Awosuo.
At the end of the tough contest, Adwoa emerged as the winner and took home the crown.
